COMPENSATION INFORMATION
Emcee & DJs
NO ONE IN THIS INDUSTRY PROVIDES TRAINING HOW TO BE AN EMCEE/DJ. Training is paid (to an extent). We start by evaluating your skill. And placing you either in a Leveled DJ position Immediately or as a roadie where you will learn the trade at gigs as a roadie getting compensated. We will have roughly 10-15 hours of office time as at will professional development to learn equipment and basics of emceeing/djing/roadie. You also will shadow and help our current staff manage events. Past that, we will mentor you in the office/warehouse to learn the craft at your free will. YOU HAVE TO WANT THIS. Most companies CHARGE YOU. We do it for free. So in order to work for us you need to be good at being an Emcee or a DJ and that is up to you.
We provide all the equipment and a shared extensive music library. You just need a laptop!
Once you are done training or if you skipped training based on your current skill, you will make roughly 25/hr to 100/hr based on skill and ability and you will run weddings to backyard parties.
ROADIES/DJ Assistant
You are an independent contractor as an assistant / roadie. We pay you hourly as well as any applicable travel. In order to do this job you have to go through professional development which is provided to you free of charge to get you where you need to be.
