It’s all in the details.

Staff Expectations.

While being an entertainer is a “fun” job when it comes to business we expect our staff to be 100% “on” all the time. Details and specifics are what make or break an event

Dress Code

We do a wide variety of events so its important to be able to blend into any occasion. Obviously if we are working a pool party we will not be arriving in a suit but, as a rule of thumb, we expect our staff to be slightly more dressed than the guests. Meaning, if working a pool party, staff may wear nice shoes, shorts and our polo. A wedding, dress pants, shoes, vest and a button down shirt. Its all about looking nice and professional

Professionalism

Staff are expected to be professional which does not stop at the client. Everyone is working together to make one thing happen: make you and your guests happy and have a good time. We are all on the same team to make this work. So all guests, vendors and people there to make your event shine will be treated with the utmost respect.

Vendor Communication

Staff are required to introduce themselves to all vendors, coordinate timeline, and inform people like photographers when something important is about to happen. Again, its all in details and communication with everyone to make your event pop!

Timeline

Your event coordinator will facilitate the communication with you, your venue, other vendors and your staff. Your staff is expected to follow your timeline but revise on the spot as needed. No event is going to run exactly how we plan so our staff are trained to be strictly flexible. And when things do go a bit south, come to you with solutions not problems.

Client Wishes

While we may have came up with a plan in advance, some things may change, anything you wish will be our command. Staff will checkup with you periodically to ensure things are running smoothly and also to see if anything else needs to be done.

Make a moment Pop

Without fail at every party there is an opportunity to make a moment better, Whether it be handing the mic over to a bunch of screaming women to “wannabe” by the spice girls or dancing with grandma on the dance floor. We are there to make moments special and not step on them.

Follow our journey.
