You have 1000 things going on in your day to day life and on top of that you have your event to plan. They will reach out to you when its time for information and planning. And of course you can always reach him anytime as well!

Venue & Vendor Communication

Everyone is working together to make your event pop. Its time to connect the dots between your entertainers and other professionals. Everyone will have constant and clear information.

Plan & Process

Keep on top of your ideas and plan as well as keep an online timeline and series of notes of what was discussed. A timeline will be put together with everything discussed so nothing is missed.

 

Client & Staff Coordination

Once your plan is done and everything is organized, your DJ he will help facilitate a meeting or a phone conference with your staff to review quickly your needs and specifics so you can rest assured your staff got it!

Suggest & Advise

Many times, its the first “Event” that you are planning, they have handled thousands of events and he has done hundreds of them himself. He will suggest to you ideas and keep things fun so you have nothing to worry about
