Secret Evaluation Form
Requirements for a Successful Evaluation
✅ Arrive on Time – Please be at the location by 7 PM.
✅ Do NOT Sign Up on Your Own – The goal is to see if the host is proactive in signing up teams. Only sign up last-minute if absolutely necessary.
✅ Use Your Regular Team Name – Stick to the team name you use at your home location. Bonus: You’ll earn league points for visiting other locations!
✅ Take Notes Discreetly – You may take mental or physical notes, but phones cannot be used during the game, so be subtle.
✅ Evaluate as a Team – After the show, use your phone with your team to complete the evaluation. This should take less than 10 minutes.
